Baoding Zhongda Casting Co., Ltd. is located in Tang County, Hebei Province, the hometown of Emperor Yao，is a large-scale private manufacturing enterprise integrating casting and mechanical machining. There are three plants, fixed assets of CNY400 million. There are 800 employees，include 120 professional management & technical personnel. The company covers an area of 80,000 m2 and the building area is 60,000 m2, with more than 550 sets of main production equipment. The main product of the company is manufacturing of ductile cast ion parts, ADI parts, and gray cast iron parts, the annual production capacity is more than 50,000 tons.

The main casting equipment include Japan Sinto FCMX molding lines (3 sets), Japan Sinto ACE molding line (1 set), resin sand casting production line (1 set), 3 tons of electric furnaces (12 sets), 16 sets of hot box core shooting machines, 20 set of cold box core shooting machines, the casting equipment are more than 50 sets.  The main machining equipment are 300 sets of VMC and HMC, 60 sets of CNC, and other common machining equipment, for example CNC lathe, lathe, boring machine, vertical lathe, milling machine, grinder etc. The main machining equipment more than 500 sets. The main physical and chemical equipment include spectral analyzer, Universal material test machine, metallographic analyzer machine, Ultrasonic sound analyzer, Magnetic particle detector, HB hardness analyzer, Rockwell hardness tester, molding sand analyzer, etc. The mainly machining inspection equipment are 14 sets of CMM, and have the independent qualification of “Casting Inspection Service Center”, our company have all kinds of inspection equipment.

The main products are automobile components, agricultural machinery parts, compressor parts, and engineering equipment components. Such as gear housing, clutching housing, Diff housing cover, hub, front support, rear support, axle housing, fly wheel, compressor parts, etc. Our main customers include John Deere, Danfoss, Case CNHI, Carraro, Bongfliogli, Tigercat, Same DEUTZ-FAHR, Poclain, Camso, Michelin, Mitsubishi, ZF, GK Drive, Buhler, Schonherr Teile-Vertrieb GMBH and so on. Our products are export to USA, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, and Mexico etc.
